I am a Bay Area native and a lifelong student of yoga. I completed my 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training certification in vinyasa yoga at HAUM in San Francisco in December 2022. I currrently teach a weekly class at The Faight Collective in San Francisco.

In June 2023 I completed a sound healing training with Kirsten Firpo of HealAnywhere. Since then I have faciliated sound healing for corporate and nonprofit clients as well as private events. I also have completed education as an herbalist through Herbal Academy. I love making the spiritual tangible, bringing creativity and vibrancy to healing work.

With a deep devotion to self-care, rest, and nurturing, I guide others on a journey of inner connection through sound healing and yoga. My practice is rooted in tuning inward—creating space for self-reflection, journaling, and mindful awareness. I am deeply inspired by holistic healing, including herbalism, as a way to honor the body’s natural wisdom. Through the integration of art and art therapy, I encourage self-expression and transformation, using creativity as a mirror for healing. My approach blends these elements to cultivate a sanctuary for restoration, growth, and wholeness.
